Overview
A 15-question lighthearted diagnostic across 5 domains that applies enterprise-grade scoring to your daily work life. Written for anyone who needs to answer: is my job description fiction, are my tools fighting me, and is lunch a myth?
Detailed Description
This assessment checks whether your daily job fundamentals are working or slowly wearing down your sanity. It covers five areas that matter to every employee in any industry or role: whether your job description matches reality, whether your tools help or hinder, whether you are growing or standing still, whether your personal time is protected, and whether your work is recognized and rewarded.
It uses the same scoring model as the enterprise assessments, so a lunch policy that exists on paper but never happens in practice will show up clearly as a Paper Tiger.
Results tell you what is working, what is broken, and what to fix first, not just a generic maturity level, because ig you aren't healthy and happy at work, it'll kill you.
