He has held CIO, CTO, and CISO responsibilities, led enterprise-wide governance transformations, and operated at the intersection of technology strategy, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across industries as diverse as energy, healthcare, financial services, government, Managed Services and almost everything in between.

An ITIL practitioner for over 20 years, a Six Sigma Black Belt for 15, and a multi-ISO certified professional, holding credentials across ISO 27001, ISO 20000 Master, ISO 42001, ISO 22301, ISO 31000, ISO 23850, ISO 9000, COBIT, TOGAF, and more. Zain has spent his career building, deploying, and refining business and technology process maturity models in some of the most complex and highly regulated operating environments in the world. From scaling IT organizations supporting multi-billion-dollar portfolios to standing up governance frameworks that passed international certification audits, his work has consistently centered on one question: how do you give organizations the structure to see themselves clearly and the confidence to improve on their own terms?

Nasser El-Hout is a globally recognized IT governance, service management, and training professional with more than three decades of experience across the Middle East, Africa, and beyond. His career has focused on helping organizations improve how they govern, manage, and deliver technology across industries including energy, aviation, defense, banking, healthcare, telecommunications, government, and education.

An accredited instructor in ITIL, COBIT, SFIA, PRINCE2, and multiple ISO standards, Nasser brings something beyond certifications: decades of hands-on experience putting these frameworks into practice. He has worked with organizations such as Saudi ARAMCO, ADNOC, Etihad Airways, BAE Systems, First Abu Dhabi Bank, Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare, Abu Dhabi Police, Accenture, EY, PwC, and many others across the region.

Nasser holds an Executive MBA from The American University of Beirut and dual B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from Iowa State University. He also completed UC Berkeley's Executive Education program in Digital Transformation.

At ITSGovernance, Nasser serves as Chief Assessor, bringing his practical experience and deep understanding of governance frameworks into the platform's assessment models.
